Hey y'all, I'm Regan - a twenty-something-year-old from Canada.
I'm a lover of books, plants, coffee, and oils.

So... oils. That's why we are here, right?
Well, I would like to start by saying that although I have always tried to be mindful of the ingredients in the products I use when oils started to become a "fad" - I was not sold. I was probably even more skeptical about it than my dad was, and he grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan... That is until August 2019. I was looking for something natural to support my body and emotions without medicating myself. That's when I gave oils a try and I fell in love.
