  • LAVENDER | Mix 1-2 drops with a dab of coconut oil for a soothing sleepy cream. Diffuse 3 drops before bedtime for a restful sleep. Add 1 drop to your mascara tube for healthy lashes. Add 3 drops to a scoop of epsom salt for a relaxing bath. Rub on skin that has been in the sun too long. Drop on skin bumps to calm and soothe. Mix with Lemon and Peppermint to go outside when the seasons change

  • THIEVES | Put a drop of Thieves and 2-3 drops Lemon on a spoonful of honey and stir into a mug of warm water, add a drop to your Ningxia. Diffuse 6 drops after a house full of people. Rub on your feet or diluted down your spine. Put a drop on a splinter to draw it out

  • PURIFICATION | Diffuse to purify the air, especially during smoky or smog conditions. Apply to pulse points to keep outdoor annoyances away, or add a few drops into your sunscreen. Dab on bites to stop the itch, and keep in emergency bags. Drop onto cotton balls and place in stinky areas like diaper pails, gym bags, trash cans. Add a few drops of Purification + Thieves to baking soda to sprinkle on the carpet before you vacuum. Rub some around your ear, and down the neck if you've got a need for ear support. A drop with Lavender diluted and dabbed around the orbital bones (where glasses would go!) for clear eyes. Rub on throat, diluted, when it feels scratchy.

  • PEPPERMINT | Rub on chest with coconut oil for a deep breath. Add 3 drops Peppermint to your brownie batter. Diffuse 2 drops each Peppermint, Lemon, and Lavender during pollen season. Mix 1 drop with 4 drops carrier oil over the back of your neck on hot days or to cool the body down.
